3SGEOTECH^® offers its clients the range of flexible slope stabilization systems type 3SGEORED^®. These systems are based on the use of traditional steel cable nets type 3SGEORED^® as stabilization flexible membrane to withstand the ground forces.

In addition to traditional installation methodology consisting in the bidirectional reinforcement of cable net panels, 3SGEOTECH^® offers a new methodology consisting in the unidirectional reinforcement of cable net panels. This methodology is more efficient, easier and allows positioning the anchors freely along the horizontal reinforcement line.

Unitary supports offered by traditional steel cable nets

The first design graphics to obtain unitary support capacity offered by flexible systems using traditional cable net panels, were entirely developed by Dr. Eng. Juan Antonio Torres Vila in the 1990's. These graphics were developed to design flexible slope stabilization systems using square cable net panels.

Later, the use of this type of cable net panels inside a flexible slope stabilization system offering a unitary support with all its elements designed has been extended, included the possibility to install rectangular cable net panels. With the objective to keep the maximum certification standards, 3SGEOTECH^® has recently developed new design graphics which take in account the relationship perimeter-area of the panel. In this way, the unitary support of 3SGEORED^® systems can be obtained for any sizes of the cable net panels used for slope stabilization applications.
